  • Communicate the availability of your home to area agents
  • Have your home’s exterior/interior photographed
  • Submission of your home to the multiple listing service (MLS)
  • Multiple listing service virtual tour
  • Have your home listed on appropriate websites
  • Notification to your neighbors and my database
  • RE/MAX “For Sale” sign to be posted immediately
  • Install a exterior Lockbox for Agent access to your home
  • Follow-up on all showings
  • Maintain a viable advertising program
  • Keep in touch with you regularly
  • Work diligently to find a suitable buyer for you

Concluding the Sale for You

  • Promptly present all written contracts to you
  • Review the contracts with you
  • Calculate a revised Estimate of Seller’s Equity
  • Negotiate competently on your behalf

Following Through After the Sale

  • Help arrange financing for your buyer, if necessary
  • Prepare and process all documents for which I may be responsible
  • Responsibly account for earnest money
  • Follow-up and ensure that all contract contingencies and terms are satisfied in a timely manner; report any deviations or exceptions
  • Cooperate fully with your attorney, escrow, or other counselors
  • Participate in the settlement proceedings, as necessary
  • Retain a permanent record of the contract
