A native Washingtonian who began building my real estate expertise in the Seattle metro area; I moved to Spokane for an affordable quality of life. I’ve bought and sold many properties: buy fix and sells, luxury homes, waterfront, new construction, land, condos, rentals and golf course houses. I am fortunate to be part of RE/MAX of Spokane, one of the areas most prestigious real estate brokerages. It only has 45 select agents and we consistently rate the highest dollar volume per agent among our competition.
I provide great insight for my clients as a result of my extensive research of the Inland Northwest. I definitely know Spokane economics and how it pertains to its’ housing market. I make it a point to see most listed residential inventory.I provide outstanding customer service. I am always available by phone.
I attend all client appointments. I provide continuous and repeated service from the first personal contact through escrow. I always represent my clients aggressively.
My husband is a licensed CPA and provides the added bonus of financial analysis if my clients desire it. As a person who has spent many years investing in real estate, many of my Buyers and Sellers have appreciated his combination of real estate and financial experience.
I believe in our country and I believe in the opportunities that real estate provides. It’s a proven way to build financial independence.
